No photography and no rights are granted for any images until timely payment has been made in full. The deposit fee for your shoot is non-refundable, and can only be refunded in the event that a cancellation has been made by the photographer, or in the event that the photographer has lost, or damaged the images from your photo session. Please be aware that a 7% Florida Sales Tax applies to all payments processed with your card. Thank You
